Position Overview
The Head of Private Partnerships Development, Asia Pacific, will play a key role in developing the notoriety and the revenue of Aide et Action in the region through building and developing a network of private partners committed to giving access to quality education to the most vulnerable and marginalized populations locally, and around the world.
She/He will adapt, define and implement the business development strategy for the Asia Pacific region, serving beneficiaries and projects, in line with the organization’s vision, missions and values, according to the financial objective to be achieved.
Criteria
Qualification
- Master’s degree or PHd in marketing, business development, Corporate social responsibility, impact management, sustainable development and related areas
- Bilingual in Cantonese and English; knowledge of French and another language is a plus
Experience
- 10 years minimum significant experience in developing strategic partnerships over the Asia Pacific region
- Excellent knowledge of the Asia Pacific private sector, businesses, foundations, philanthropists, NGOs

- Interest in the mission of Aide et Action; Ethics, conviction and investment in the cause of education
- Expertise in building business development and marketing strategies, prospecting, canvassing and trading techniques, including knowledge of business intelligence, CRM tools and databases
- Expertise in managing legal, fiscal and tax levers between corporate organizations and NGOs
- Knowledge of NGOs functioning, projects cycle and funding issues
- Good practice of intercultural and inter-business exchanges in connection with international directorates

Ideally, the position will be located in the Hong-Kong office of Aide et Action.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally, for no less than 20% and usually not to exceed 35% of total working days per year.
